Prayers

Prayer is an important part of any religious education program.  Each class begins and ends with a prayer. Other opportunities for prayer are also available. In addition to spontaneous prayer, the following traditional prayers receive special attention at the following grade levels.

Kindergarten:

Grades 1 & 2:

Grades 3 & 4:
     These are memorized:

          Act of Contrition
    These are studied, but not memorized:
          Confiteor (I confess to Almighty….)
          Apostles' Creed
          Nicene Creed
          Stations of the Cross
